I have autoarchiving of my Outlook (Office 2010) working fine.

However, when ever the autoarchive runs it also creates a ghost autoarchive to an autoarchive file that was in use some years ago and it creates the specific folder to put the autoarchive file in.

If I delete the archive file from Outlook and delete the autoarchive file and its folders, the next time autoarchive runs it just creates the file again and shows it in Outlook.

I have scoured every folder in my Outlook to check that none of them have the autoarchive set to the old destination and none of them do.

The autoarchive created only has deleted items, and Inbox in which there are only Sent and Test folders, all of which are empty.

How can I track down where this autoarchive is coming from and put a stop to it?
