Positive Greetings Powerful!

I hope all is well! I was wondering if i could have assistance with my laptop,
it has a virus, and i can't even restore back to a later date! it will not let me work on the internet! I tried search and destroy, but it told me that i had to be a administrator to erase the problems! what can I do? can someone help! thanks Mike

Please follow this link>>>> "Virus Help Instructions" portion of this forum. Follow all instructions to a T. They will have you follow steps which should be done to a T also so they can give you a clean bill of health.
