Hey i have an iso for Win 10 but is something like 3 months old and since then there are some huge updates.
If i download windows 10 iso from Microsoft will be the latest version or the old and ill have to get through all the updates?

You can download the latest ISO from Microsoft but if you have 10 already installed there is a Windows Update available as of a week or so ago that updates your OS to the latest version of 10.

Since the update will be a brand new build, only updates since last week will be necessary.
Best method is as Spunk recommends, not ISO assuming you're "legal".
