HEy!,
My geforce4 mx 440 seems to work just fine when i use the tv out but i wanted to have the higher rez of a monitor but all of the sudden when i went to use the regular monitor port the colors are all messed up. everything has like a magenta tint to it. i checked all of my color settings and reinstalled the drivers but none of it helped this is really wierd because it worked fine in the past.
Can anyone help with this perplexing problem??

Have you degaused the monitor? Sounds like magnetic disturbance.

yeah, i degaussed it but thats not the problem, ive tried two diff monitors and they both had the same problem. when i switched back to my old tnt2 the monitors work fine, its just on the geforce that they don't work. is it possible that i somehow futzed up the monitor port on the card? can it be that maybe only half the card works?

Have a look in Display Properties under the Color Management tab to see if you're using the correct color profile for your monitor.
