Hi all,
I hope someone can help me with my problem. I have a AMD-Type PC with a Geforce2 GTS card. The card and PC work flawlessly and have the latest drivers. I recently plugged in a S-Video cable and ran it to my wide-screen LCD-type RPTV (Sony). Upon booting the PC, even before any OS is activated, the picture is tearing and flickering on the TV and never gets any better, basically unusable.
Now, I have a mac powerbook and I used the same s-video cable to connect it to the TV and it works just fine!
What do you think causes this? Is it a Videocard bios issue, or a PC driver issue or some sort of incompatibility?
Please give me any tip you may have!
