Hi, I am having problems with my GF4 Ti4200. Display problems. It has nothing to do with the drivers, because I tried every single one and it still had problem.

I will attach a screeny of what happens.

I noticed you said you've tried every single one. So my question to you is thus. Have you made sure you have un-installed all the older ones first and made sure none of the older drivers files are still in your system ?.

From your screen shot, to me it look like a bad monitor cable or something like that. Try changing the monitor cable or use a different monitor.

This could also be bad memory on the video board... Have you tried running it in different resolutions and color depths and seeing what changes about the display?
