My Gateway Laptop M-6312 has started to shut down minutes after I start up. It does a complete shut-down and most times will not start back up unless I move the computer around. It will shut down if the computer is moved slightly, desk is touched, mouse is moved or even my chair being moved across the floor. I moved it to a different location and the same thing happens. I removed the battery and placed it back in the computer, but it still happens. Has anyone else had this same problem and do you know a fix?

Is the laptop slow once it has booted up?

Shutdown if your laptop is moved (even with slightest movement)? Does this happen when using battery and/or AC adapter? Check seating of RAM and video card (if video card is not integrated into the motherboard).
