I do AMD builds, so don't know much about the Intel CPUs so bare with me. Someone can give more input on these suggestions. Yes, motherboards do provide onboard sound.

This came out to 1047.94 without the rebates. The GPU is really expensive and the i7 core is also. I could recommend this to give you some space on your budget. But it is an i5 core.

Intel Core i5-660 Clarkdale 3.33GHz 4MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 73W Dual-Core Desktop

This would give you room for a case.

This leaves you at 1,075.89, under your max budget and a good rig. Plus it is 1045.89 after your rebates.

Forgive that last reply. I forgot about the memory.

G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 mhz 4GB

to make up the gap in your amount. Use this ATI Radeon 5850, instead of the 5870.

It should drop the price to around 1,070 total without the rebates.

Could always choose a different motherboard, if you'd like. I was just trying to stay in your budget. If you do choose differently, make sure it is between Asus/Gigabyte, check the specifications, and read reviews.

If you have questions on the motherboards that you choose, if you decide to choose differently. Just post it in this thread and get some feedback.
i will go with the ASUS mother Board

also i think i may chose Sapphire since its been recommended by u and shotgn and also people advised that it will be better

Yep, make sure it is 64 bit.

..and XFX brand is pretty expensive, only problem with it to me.
