If i install games such as WoW or starcraft on a Dvd.. And bring it somewhere else can i run the game off of the cd? Or if i copy the program files onto a flash drive/mp3 player will it run properly or does it need to install to the registry?

I think it'll need a few files that are on the computer's harddrive as well (e.g. Shared .dll's) and there may be changes to the registry, yeah.

Since what you're asking about is basically making an illegal copy of the game in question, we cannot help you. My advice is just to stick to playing the games on the one computer.
