Alright, here it goes. I just built a new system with the Gigabyte GA-K8NS mobo. Cheap motherboard, thought it would be great, lot of great options.

But - I put in an Asus X-9400 Video card and the computer was working great. I shut down once, and it never came back up. The computer will start-up and go through the testing and see all the drives and i can get into the BIOS i can do everything. When the OS loading screen is to appear, all i get is a black screen. The monitor acts like it still has the signal, keeps the green light and everything. just never loads. I have tried a different Chaintech Volari V3 128MB video card and I still get the same problem. I have removed all of my extra components, i have tried 3 different pieces of RAM. I tried a cheapy PCI Video card and I once again get the same problem.

I tried the remove the BIOS Battery and that didn't work.

As you can probably tell, I am lost!! :4-dontkno

Here is everything I have in it:

GA-K8NS Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3400+
Windows XP 64-bit
1-Seagate 160 GB
1-Seagate 80 GB
512MB pc3200 (tried 256mb pc2700)
Asus X-9400 Video Card (Tried Chaintech Volari V3) (PCI ATi Cheapy)

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!! :sayyes:
