Just reinstalled W7 64 Bit Ultimate Edition. I have downloaded all the drivers from the Gigabyte website, but can't get one to install. I have included a picture. Any advice how I can get this to update?

Did you download and install the USB chipset driver?

Also, how did you acquire a Windows 7 Ultimate key?
