This is probably an easy one but it has been giving me problems for a little while now. Whenever I run a program in fullscreen it minimizes on me at the most inopportune times. This is particularly annoying when playing one of the many video games I own. It usually doesnt do it during gameplay, only when the screen has to change resolutions. IE whenever i go from the main menu to start playing the game.
