I've never heard of that forum. Depending on the software they are using and how they have it setup, will depend on the answer. Most places will track the IP every time.

Hello. I have been having some problems on a message board, which runs Fullerene site tools. (I sincerely hope this is the correct place to post my question!)
Essentially, I would like to create a user name without anyone being able to connect it with my former screen name. I was just wondering whether Fullerene logs your IP address when you first create an account, or if they log the last IP address that you used, or if they keep a running list of the IP addresses that you have used. Does anyone know how I could create an anonymous account?
