Ok this thing work long enough for me to go through the training, and then it started giving me this direct 3d error code create device failed. hello,
unsinstall the game using revo uninstaller (get it from my sig)
if that didn't work try to remove your video card drivers, and use driver sweeper to remove all the video card driver remaining (Nvidia or ATI depends on your card) (also in my signature) restart your PC and then install the latest drivers
