Hey everyone I have a Seagate Barracuda 1.5 TB hard drive. Computer manager recognizes the full size and says both partitions (500GB boot, 1 TB extra) are healthy, but windows explorer only recognizes 500GB on the extra partition. I thought this would go away if I tried to save over 500GB, but it said the drive didn't have enough space. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this? What's the point in having 1.5 TB if Windows only lets me use 1?

Thanks, Ryan

PS I am running Vista SP1 Ultimate 64bit

They are NTFS. I believe they were formatted and partitioned in Windows (my stepdad did this part). Disk management shows two healthy partitions, a 488 GB and a 908 GB.
