Hi
I had to use my recovery CD yesterday that came with my laptop (Amilo A 1667) because of a virus. I have succesfully re-installed XP Home but when I log on I always get a message saying could not install hardware for battery and disk drive. There is a second recovery disk for devices and utilities and the instructions say that it will start automatically when inserted but the disk drive dosen't actually appear in Windows. It is not a drive error because I can still boot from disk.
Please help I urgently need access to my computer ( I can't use the net because the wireless dosen't work until the devices and utilities is installed)
