FSWSYS Message that WILL NOT go away

Recently, I have this FSWSYS message box on my desktop that will not go away. It says "make sure you`re connecting to internet and press ok". After I press "ok" it closes but after a few minutes it comes back and says FSWSYS Version Mismatch. Very frustrating as I have no idea what it means! Someone please help me !!
