Have a dell latitude d600 which freezes on the dell logo with option of f2 for setup or f12 for boot menu non of which work. Any help would be appreciated.

tap f8 when booting and try

last known good configuration

chck you can see the hard drive listed in the bios

Have tried all keys when attempting boot and cannot access bios at all.

Remove all CRUs and see if you can get it to post. Remove hard drive, cdrom drive, pccard, battery and any device you have connected to it. Reseat the memory and attempt to boot with one memory stick at time. If you get it to post with one memory module then replace all one at a time.

it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer you will need to check it on the manual or on the dell site
you will need to put in your tag number and go to the d/load page
