I'm having a freezing issue. I already had to replace a video card about 6 months ago and the computer is only about 1.5 years old. Not sure what is going on now. All patches and drivers are up to date. I have 8 GB of ram and a 1,000 W power supply. I downloaded a pretty cool utitility and noticed that my watts and amps for my CPU fluctuate like crazy. Also, by CPU core temps get over 90 degrees Celcius when playing a game and are 65 degrees Celcius at idle. Is this a CPU, motherboard, or PSU issue? When I replaced the graphics card from an SLI setup to a Nvidia GTS 250 it ran beautifully and like new, now it is terribly slow again and freezes up. Below is a screenshot at idle.
