Freezing at startup

Hi im having some troubles with my computer it freezes at start up and freezes if i try to instal my instalation disc.

MyComputerInformation:
Acer Aspire M3800
Windowws Vista Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q8300
1 TB HDD
ATI Radeon HD 4650 1024 MB

In the past my computer had blue screen my friend said instal your installation disc and wipe it clean i did but then 3 days later it happened again, since then i try turning it on but it freezes and i reboot it and it keeps looping. Im trying to figure out away to solve this problem because i have my important school work comming up for this semester.

Please post any comments if you have any experience with this type of problem and solutions

Hi -

Wipe the entire HDD with KillDisk, then reinstall Windows.

but i dont have a burner nor i cant get onto the desktop

is there any other altenatives?

Is the exe that can be copied to an USB drive and booted from.

So copy that exe to a USB drive using your working computer then boot from it with your other computer.
