freezes on start up

Computer crashed, now when I try to power up it starts posts normal 1beep goes to screen where you Can start in safe mode, go to last good known config. , start in safe mode with prompts or just start windows with a count down timer of 30 seconds , dosen't matter if you let it count down or hit enter ,move the highlited area up or down the minute you touch a key or it reaches 0 it freezes any suggestion would be appreciated
