freeze up's

Are there any Yellow Exclamation points or Red X's in your Events log under System or Application that coincides to the lock ups...

And do these lockups require the power to be turned off or do you get reset automatically, or get a blue error dump screen?

it just freezes up, stops and i can't ctr alt del, i have to do a hard reboot.

ok, what about the Events Log?

i'm not sure how to check the events log..

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Events Log
