Freeview on Comp monitor

I got my scart to VGA cable this morning and tried it on my monitor. All the time, even when the freeview box was switched on, the monitor had a 'No Signal' message.

Can anyone tell me where im going wrong please??

Hi Chris,
does the scart adapter have a switch on it? A lot of them have a switch for whether you want In or out.
Post which scart adapter you have.
