Formatting Error

My sister was trying to format an SD card in her BlackBerry. It is an 8GB Sandisk HC card. Well, apparently after 10 minutes she thought it was taking too long, and removed it from her phone.

Now, when I try to format it on my Windows PC, it says it only has 32 MB of space, and everytime I try to format it, it just gives me a error. Very general error of: "Disk can not be formatted."


Is there anyway to fix this? I remember a long time ago this happened to me, and someone linked me to a program that fixed it, but I don;t have an INKLING of what the program was called.
