Forgot password, messed up.

Im using a dual partition for XP and Ubuntu.
I've forgotten my Ubuntu password and tried to reset according to the guide provided in Ubuntu forum.

I cant load the GRUB prompt, cant get into safe mode.
I think I could have pressed a few wrong button, because now I cant even load ubuntu.

Can anyone out there assist me?

Those are all the options that i get if i choose to load ubuntu instead of window.
I would to remove it ubuntu from my laptop. How do i that? Could u help me?
