I think you will have to use the manufacturer's Recovery media to restore Windows as it was when the PC was new. Back up all your own files to a separate hard drive or DVDs first.

Hello, all my deck top folder icons read internet explorer and none can be opened only thru the internet, even thru the control panel, how do i get my icons back, i'm not real computer smart (sorry):upset:
