Hey guys, I was previously running XP pro 64bit with a raid 1. I got vista and installed it but i could no longer use my raid. It would appear in disk manager but as offline. So i installed XP home as i didn't have pro anymore in hope that my raid would have the ability to work again so i could back it up. unfortunately i can't see it

How do i get this raid to work again?

I just installed a few more things off the motherboard CD (asus m2n sli delux) and i can see the raid in the nVIDIA raid controller and also in disk manager but it appears as foreign. Still doesn't appear as a drive in my computer

Vista has more malware properties than functioning opperating system properties.

Go to the site of the maker of your hard drives (eg seagate) and download the latest R.A.I.D controllers.
