So...? I already changed the system locale to japanese for non-unicode stuff but it still display random crap when i pass over le mouse. any idea of how to actually fix this thing? help a brotha out please

i mean yes pookie baby, but i would rather not have to open the .chm file everytime i want to know what does what ok. is there anyway to maybe change the encoding so my machine can recognize moonspeak in a foreign softwarrrree...?
