Do you really need 16GB of RAM? A 2x4GB matched pair should be more than enough unless your doing very serious graphics or CAD work.
Do you need the PCI-USB card? The Mobo has 4 USB 3 ports.
Hold off on the SSD. There overpriced at this time and offer little more than faster boot times.
The PSU needs to be 750W and better quality.

You heard wrong. 2x4GB is a better option than 4x2GB.
