Are you on a network ? Do you have a motherboard that provides a firewall ?

Windows firewall : control panel > windows firewall check off.

Your personal firewall: should have it in options or else you right click the icon in the tray and pick exit or disable or close ( varies ) Works fine with almost all firewalls. What kind do you have ?

We really need to take care of this before it becomes a problem. If you run more then one AntiVirus program you might crash your system since they will clash. Give us a list of the software programs currently intalled and running in your system please.
