I should have said so, but I am running 8.1. I've looked into the Action Center and there is nothing about Tablet and in device manager in HID there is no Touch Screen option to disable. Thanks for your ideas. I also did a Firefox refresh no help.

Uninstall the video driver, restart Windows, and let it reinstall the driver. You could also start firefox in troubleshoot mode, then restart normally.
