finding xp-geared program files in vista

I'm having a bit of an issue trying to access the rise2.ini for rise of nations in the vista file structure. I just want to edit it to accommodate wide screen resolution, but it doesn't appear to be anywhere. In XP it should be at "C:\Documents and Settings\(YourName)\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Rise of Nations" but in the vista file structure that directory doesn't exist. I have tried looking for it in the equivalent areas, and I can't even find a rise of nations folder, not even by searching the whole c drive. I'm really at my wit's end, and I hope someone here could tell me where it is to be found or how I can access it.

Thanks in advance.

"X:\Users\[NAME]\AppData\local\Microsoft Games\Rise Of Nations"
Where X represents the drive letter of the installed operating system of windows vista
yeah you'd think so, but even running as administrator, viewing all hidden files and system operating files and stuff, it doesn't show up...
