Can anyone please help... I need to retrieve lost files on my PC after a 'System Restore'. I heard this is possible, and if so what can I do?

I had a belated PC health check last week and as expected there was so much at fault with my PC. I opted for a 'System Restore' I however made it very clear that I would require a data transfer / back-up of my 'Microsoft Outlook (Office Pro 2007) personal folders' CONTAINING THOUSANDS OF EMAILS!! Unfortunately the tech who carried out this only backed up those for Outlook Express (which I no longer use, ans haven't in ages).

Can I hope to have these file found on the computer, and if so how?

Your help is much appreciated.
