We have an Oce large format printer and the best access we have for scanned images is accessing it through it's ftp address. This computer was windows 7 and I upgraded it to Windows 10 last week.
When we access the printer using windows explorer, we can see the flies that have been recently scanned, but when we click on the file to open it up it only gives us the choice to open up the file in chrome or IE. When this pc OS was win 7 it would open up Infanview, which is the default for a .tif file.
When I checked the file association .tif files are set for Infanview and .tif files on the pc open up in that program. But when I am in Windows 10 and accessing the printer using ftp the files will not open up in Infanview.
Is there a setting in Windows 10 that needs to be changed to allow this?
