Hi All,

I've been sent a .7z file that is 3,958,315KB (3.9GB)... the actual ISO file inside is 4,053,387,584KB (4.05GB).

I tried extracting using 7-Zip and WinRAR but it keeps say at 99% Disk Is Full... when there is over 19GB on Each partition available.

Any suggestions>

Are you mounting the image are have you burned it to DVD? When you extract, are you choosing a location with enough space?

I am looking to mount the image (or burn if necessary) - However, I can't even extract it from the .7z file. I have even moved it to an External HDD and extracted to that (or tried to at least) which has 119GB free.

Verify your extraction location. Ensure you are choosing a folder or drive that is separate from the file.

How are your HDD's formatted (FAT32 or NTFS)? FAT32 has a 4gb file size limit.

That'll be it then - I'm on XP - FAT32.
I'll use my mates Vista (which is NTFS) and unzip it that way.
