File server and printshare problem

Hey guy I have problem. I have 2 pc in home 1 for downloads (news groups and Torrents) and another for storing all the stuff and play, the secund pc was share drives. I config de first cp to get shares on secund but when I copy the file to the share places the first pc reboots himself and some times get stuk and I have to manually reboot the pc.

The downloads pc is very old Is a Pentium III 650mhz with 384 mb of ram running windows XP Pro SP1 the pc was the last drivers and firmware and the network car is brand new. This is all connetc through router.
I have connct the 2 pc to my laptop and all files go to 2 pc (no reboots or stuks)
