I'm just wonder what would be the easiest way to choose from several different names in a list and insert them in a Word 2002 template.
What i'm trying to say is I'm making a template for an office letter and the Lawyers names have to be printed at the bottom. There are five lawyers. I've accomplished this with an autotext list. RIght clicking and selecting is not the most effeciant way to choose text though. Is there a field code that will allow you to select different text, using the keyboard only, and have it in the document.
The names will always remain the same. Making a mail merge with a data source seems like overkill.
