Having trouble reading FIC's online manual in regard to just
where the PW Wire goes on Connector ( power led and hdd led
aren't clear either). Anyone have any experience with or even
the AZ11 manual ???

Diagram on goofy at best online manual shows only one pin
for power wire which is impossible, isn't it ????

I've read over enough in person and online manuals to know its
not me. The Power Wire always connects to two pins.
I wish someone at FIC would redo their online manuals..........

I think you got confused. The diagram is pretty right Power button (switch) is clear i guess you ll use 15-16. For power led you might have 2 or 3 pin wires. if it is 2 you will use 9-11 if it is 3 you ll use 9-11-13.
