One thing to consider about real mode memory testers, they don't always show up marginal memory like Windows does, especially NT based O/S versions. The reason is that the memory management hardware adds slight delays that are not present when you're in real mode. This allows marginally slow memory to pass a real mode memory check, but fail when you're running Windows.

Just something to consider, but a real mode memory test is better than no test. :)
