hey i have an Asus g73 rog edition laptop and everytime i play wow i get the "failure to find a suitable display advice" message.

You need to make sure you have the latest video drivers and the latest directX (9.0c)

ok ill give that a try, not gunna lie though, not too good with computers. mind guiding me in the right direction for those drivers?

Does your laptop use an Nvidia card? I believe the G73 can come with the 460M GPU but you'd have to verify that.

nvidia geforce gtx 460m 1.5gb. also i had another random question, any ideas why i cant get the laptop to display on my plasma tv via hdmi cable?

Drivers should be obtained from the manufacturer for the best results.
Chipset manufacture's drivers are not always the same or compatible with OEM chips.
Also keep in mind that laptops rarely give you the full benefit of the games graphic capabilities.
