The title is the error I keep getting when I start up my laptop. Everything works fine up until 4 mins, then it just lags up I try to open task manager, and I get that error. I can go into Safe Mode perfectly fine. The things I've tried to fix the laptop are resetting Winsock, clean booting (haven't tried all programs yet), system restore, and disk check but nothing has worked. Does anyone have a fix to this? If I need to provide any information, I will gladly post it. Windows 7 OS, currently running safe mode with networking.

Hi! I haven't tried system restore in safemode. Also, when I'm clean booting should I disable microsoft services as well? What would be the better program to run to check system file integrity? I would like to get this problem solved today, or else my dad will send the computers in for repair and I need my laptop for school.

Click on "Start" type in "CMD" (Without quotes). Locate CMD.exe right click on CMD.exe then select "Run As Administrator" Now in the command prompt window type in then hit enter.

Code:
SFC /SCANNOW
This will attempt to check integrity of Windows system file, and replace any missing or corrupted system files.

Excuse me, I don't mean to be offensive by saying this, but what exactly do you want me to do? Try contacting Samsung directly or what? You were talking about factory resetting, how would I be able to do that? Would I be better off factory resetting it or just getting it repaired by a professional?

Hi, this error is a hard one, as there could be a number of causes (one of which could be malware). If you check your event viewer I suspect error 7011 will show.

As such there does not appear to be a simple fix for this, most it appears have formatted.

Maybe we can try some things first I recommend you backup all the data you want to keep just in case.

Open a cmd prompt when you are having this problem (as admin) and type:-

Winmgmt /verifyrepository (press enter) Let us know what it returns.
