failed to open stream: Permission denied

Hi,

I'm using Synapse CMS to make my web applications and upload my data's with the help Plesk panel. and if any other need to be done will use on putty server to change my settings in host.

Now the problem when i open the Live website. the following errors are coming, i tried to do myself and search in google for any solution to overcome. But i can't.. please help me to overcome the issue. and also help me to run my web application normally again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
