By mistake I removed the USB cable from the external hard disk without the safe removal procedure. Since then my Ext usb hard disk is not detected.

Please advice.

IF it is out of warranty, remove the drive from the case and connect it to another PC via HDD to USB adapter.

From one USB to another isn't probably going to help much Sounds like it was probably using write caching and didn't update before you disco'd it. Is it shown in Disk Management?
