Hi, I have a SimpleDrive 1 TB external Hard Drive that has recently stopped working, and I'm not sure why. When I plug it into my computer and turn it on, I hear the hard drive start spinning, the drives (it is partitioned into 2 parts) show up in My Computer but when trying to open or right click on them, it freezes. I can't do anything I can think of to access the files? Is it possible to fix, or at least recover the files? Thanks in advance.

if it does not work on another computer, there could be something wrong...

Thanks for the quick response. But I was looking through the notes for that test and it says that it doesn't support USB attached drives, so I'm thinking that it wont work. :sigh:
