Since today, my computer doesn't load the explorer anymore. I can still turn on Windows Task Manager though, but when I attempt to run explorer.exe, nothing happens.

Prior to this, there have been a variety of issues with my computer. The last successful time I was able to access the explorer, my background had changed to a message saying "WARNING, your computer is currently infected with spyware. All you can do with computer is stored forever..."

Judging by this :

You're infected, no doubt. Spyware is very annoying, and sightly harmful. Please post here making a new thread and refer to this guide when posting, Thank you.
