I have a Dell laptop with Windows XP.

All of a sudden, when you open Explorer, it can't find the internet connection?

My laptop shows a "EXCELLENT" strength for a connection down by the clock.

Any idea why Explorer can't find the connection?

I even tried the button that says "Can't establash a connection. Diagnose for help" (something like this) that appears after about 1minute of Explorer trying to find the connection.

any help is much appreciated.

Hi csrMark,

Try this if you haven't tried yet. Open IE and then click on tools ->Internet Option->click on the advanced tab-> and towards the button click on "Reset" which will reset the IE personal settings. After you reset the IE settings, close and re-open IE and see if this resolves your issue. Good luck!!!
