I have multiple computers networked. On the system I use I have Win Xp Pro x64 SP2, on the others I have Win XP Pro SP2.

On the 64bit system I use the default Administrator account created by Windows. All other accounts have been disabled and no other accounts exist. When I right click on a .exe file and click on the COMPATIBILITY tab the last option that can be checked is: Allow other users of this computer to access this file.

On the 32bit system I use a created Administrator account, not the default created by Windows, one other created Administrator, User and Guest accounts exist. When I am logged into either created Admin account and right click on a .exe file the above mention option is not listed under the COMPATIBILITY tab.

I need to share .exe files with users on the same computer only. I do not want to share over the network.
