Everytime i try to go on lan with my bro on red alert 3 it says were using the ...

Hi Me and my brother are using different cd keys but the same disk on red alert 3 and every time we go to play together we get an error message saying we are using the same cd keys but were not. Please help me x Thanks in advance x P.S we use LAN
