Trying to help a friend here. PC running Win2K. Had problems and had to reinstall Win2K. Problem now is that in Device Manager there is a yellow question mark next to his Ethernet Card. It then says no driver installed. We then tell it to get the driver from the Win2K disc and it says it doesn't see it.
Have also tried a Win98 disc (this was the original OS when he bought the pc).
Win98 disc attempt gets the same result. Any ideas??
Thanks, Frank

Can you look at the card and see what name and model number is on it? Then try to google for it and the word 'driver'. That may lead to driverguide.com. It is fast and free to join and I don't get spammed by them, so it is fairly safe. If you can't get what you need, post back here with the necessary details and we will see what we can do.
