Errors in performance event log

I got a new laptop recently i have been monitoring performance cause i had a problem with a different laptop but the same model. That problem seems to be ok but i checked the performance logs the other day and i kept getting error 100 which is a start up error on windows 7 but it had a error of 45166ms which isn't that long at all. These problems have not been affecting performance yet. I also keep getting error 300 which is a sleep start up error. I have configured windows recently taking off all the start up programs in msconfig would this result to things like this cause msconfig holds certain drivers. Should i even worry about this i guess would be the right question. Here are my logs for one night anyways i think the laptop went to sleep 3 times.

weirdly no performance problems like said though but thats yet i may start filling the hd more and then it could result in this later.
